The Westmeath Arts Office is partnering with nursing homes across the county for the Creativity in Older Age Scheme to deliver a rich and varied large-scale series of music performances across residential care settings this winter.
Westmeath Arts Office have developed significant supports in engagement with nursing homes and other wellness settings (including Direct Provision centres, and medical facilities) across the County. These have been developed through the support of Creative Ireland (Festival in a Van) and Local Live Performance Programme Scheme.
As part of the Creativity in Older Age Scheme in Westmeath, musicians Dylan Neeson, Liz Fletcher and Frank Byrne will travel across the rural county to bring musical performances to residential settings.
