New titles added to ePress

If you’re a fan of online newspapers and magazines you probably already know all about ePress on BorrowBox. This gives you free access to magazines and newspapers with your library card. We are delighted to announce that we have recently added some brand new Irish newspapers, including the Irish Independent, Ireland's Own, and local newspapers such as The Sligo Champion and The Belfast Telegraph, among others.

These new additions are only available while you are in the library, and to access them you will need to either be connected to the library's WiFi, or to give BorrowBox permission to see your location on your device. This request will appear automatically, and you will be guided through the process in the app.

Our own local newspapers, the Westmeath Examiner and the Westmeath Independent can be access through BorrowBox anywhere you have a connection.
