  • Celebrating Cruinniú na nÓg 2025: Swish, jiggle and join us for an underwater adventure! This gentle session blends music, movement, and ocean-inspired fun. We’ll sing songs, sway like seaweed, and listen to a beautiful story from beneath the waves. Children will also create their very own shaker instrument to take home. Perfect for preschoolers who love the sea, sound, and creativity. This event is free but places are limited so booking is essential - age range 2 - 5 year olds

  • Pop into Moate Library on Thursday the 3rd of July for Storytime followed by Monster Doodle.
  • Last year the Teddy Bears had a wonderful sleep over in Moate library.  They told stories, looked at books and got up to a little mischief.They enjoyed it so much that Moate Library have organised another Teddy Bears Sleepover  for Tuesday July 8th.  Bring your teddy bearsto the library so they can meet up with their friends and have an adventure.
  • Call into Moate Library Thursday 10th of July to create and build with lego.
  • Drop into Moate Library Thursday 17th of July for Storytime followed by drawing your favourite character from the story.
  • Kathleen will talk you through how to bake cup cakes and give you your very own cupcake to decorate.
