PROPOSALS SOUGHT FOR CULTURE NIGHT WESTMEATH

DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL 19 JULY 2023 AT 5PM

The planning of Culture Night is here again, we aim to bring varied & rich Cultural Experience to Westmeath audiences throughout the County.

The Arts Office of Westmeath County Council is seeking proposals from venues, artists & performers interested in being included in this year’s Culture Night Event in Westmeath.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROPOSAL:-

Please submit the following 6 x items:

  1. A brief Proposal
  2. Your website, Instagram and facebook
  3. Budget detailing spend
  4. Tax Clearance number
  5. Indicate likely audience numbers
  6. Images/jpg for promotional purposes (2mb)

We have a limited budget. Proposals will be evaluated on quality and a cost-efficient budget, and it is expected that individuals will be in receipt of amounts up to €500, and for cultural venues amounts of €500 to €1000.

NOTE: Only applications with a valid Tax Clearance Number can be funded

CLOSING DATE FOR PROPOSALS:  12th July, at 12.00 midday by email, arts@westmeathcoco.ie .
