Dr Jan-Robert Baars and researchers monitoring and surveying the River Shannon show some examples of the invasive alien species found there. They explain how the species are threatening the ecology of the River Shannon and outline their potential impacts on our native species. This video was filmed during a Heritage Week event at Coosan Point in August 2022.
