At the end of April we were delighted to welcome Psychotherapist and Play Therapist Karen Stewart to Westmeath Libraries for a virtual talk on Better Ways to connect. Karen talked about ways to establish, maintain and strengthen better connection with ourselves, our children and our community.
We know not everyone could make it to the live talk so we have two videos currently available for you to watch, we hope you enjoy and find them useful. (these videos will be available until the end of May 2021)
Karen is passionate about supporting parents to have optimal and fulfilling relationships with their children. She's also passionate about children’s need for play (and this need doesn’t go away at a certain age), and hopes to infuse some of this passion in the participants.
This is part of our Westmeath Libraries For All programme, which also includes a series of videos on Developing Happy, Healthy Children. Funded by Dormant Accounts Fund
