Westmeath Libraries in conjunction with the Dormant Accounts Fund is dedicated to supporting the Marginalised, Socially Excluded and Disadvantaged communities, in line with our goals from "Our Public Libraries 2022 - Inspiring, Connecting and Empowering Communities (pdf)".
